How can I make a reservation?
Answer: Either complete one of our customized inquiry-forms or call (+90)(0) 252 313 0722 or fax (+90)(0) 252 313 0723. As soon as we receive your details we will send you a quotation together with the booking details and the payment options available.

Answer: Unless you have made prior arrangements it is not permitted to take the yacht into Greek waters.

Answer: Yes, payment by credit card is one of the payment options included with our booking details.

Are there other ways to pay other than by credit card?
Answer: Yes we may also offer the option with our booking details to pay by bank transfer to our accounts in Turkey or the UK or by Western Union Money Transfer in either Euros, US Dollars, GBP Sterling, AU Dollars or Turkish Lira.

Does it cost more to book through Aegean Yachting Services rather than direct with the yachting company?
Answer: No, our prices are the same as those offered by the yachting company either direct or through their website. There are several advantages to booking with us including: more payment options and the opportunity to book and pay for all your other travel and accommodation services at the same time. Aegean Yachting Services is part of Aegean Tour Travel so if required all your holiday arrangements can be made through one company.

Answer: You should contact our office, preferably the tourism advisor that made your original booking. We will advise you if the yachting company makes a charge for this service.

Is an inflatable dinghy included and if so, does it have an outboard motor?
Answer: All yachts include an inflatable dinghy, an outboard motor for the dinghy is included with catamaran charters and on the Cyclades-50. An outboard motor is available for hire on all other yacht dinghies, details are available in the 'optional extras' section here.

Answer: At 16:00 on the day the charter commences.

Can the charter start and/or end at a port other than the yachts home port?
Answer: Not always, it depends on where the yacht is at the end of the previous charter and if there is time to re-locate the yacht. All requests for charters starting/ending at another port will be considered on request. If available re-location charges will apply, details are available here.

Is the security deposit refundable?
Answer: The security deposit which is payable in cash or by credit card will be returned without deductions to the charterer after termination of the charter period, providing no damage to the vessel or its equipment has occurred and all items are listed on the checklist.

Does the charter price include airport transfers?
Answer: No, however we are able to offer discounted transfer with our own transport company, details and booking order form are available here.

Do I have to have a special license to charter a bareboat?
Answer: The charterer must have the required knowledge of seamanship and navigation to sail a yacht on the open sea. Otherwise he must appoint a captain/skipper for the vessel, who should then also sign the charter contract. Full details are available in our Terms and Conditions here.
